Any agreement for the purchase of goods from Ambertek Systems Inc. and the Customer shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.
Prices
Website prices are updated daily (Monday-Friday; holidays excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer industry, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.
Warranty
Ambertek makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on this website. While Ambertek makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.
Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. Ambertek disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantablity and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liabilities
In no event shall Ambertek be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
Returns
Product returns are subject to manufacturer restrictions and restock fees. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Ambertek Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Ambertek before attempting to return any products. See Returning a Product.
Claims
If customer makes any claims against Ambertek Systems Inc., Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in Ventura County, CA, USA.
Customer Credit Card Charges
If necessary, customer authorizes Ambertek Systems Inc. to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any other product returned.
